Plan questions
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with no fee. Monthly plans stop at the next billing date; yearly plans are refunded for unused months, less any tune-up already done.
When do the tune-ups happen?
We text you in September for heating and in April for cooling, and you pick a time that works.
Does it cover equipment we didn’t install?
Yes. We maintain every make and model. If something needs attention on the first visit, we’ll tell you before doing any work.
Does it help with my manufacturer’s warranty?
Many manufacturers ask for proof of yearly maintenance. Every tune-up is logged and you can download the records any time.
